We’re Ruby & Shan. We met at university and spent years naturally stepping into role after role as bridesmaids, maids of honour, and unofficial event coordinators for our favourite people. Along the way, we realised something simple: we were genuinely good at bringing people together, solving problems under pressure, and making complex events run seamlessly—and we loved every second of it.
We created RSVP to take the heavy lifting off your shoulders without ever taking the plans out of your hands. Whether you need us by your side from day one or expert management in those final crucial weeks, we adapt entirely to how you want to work. On the day itself, you focus on celebrating while we ensure everything flows effortlessly from morning preparations right through to the final dance.
Meet Ruby
With 4+ years in project management, Ruby brings straight-talking and detailed organisation to RSVP. Her favourite part of the day is the wedding breakfast entrance, though she’s just as quick to hit the dance floor to show off the worm or chat your ear off about anything David Attenborough.
Meet Shan
Shan brings the insider knowledge with 5+ years as a wedding videographer. Her background is in dance and she is the Canva Queen of RSVP. She loves watching all the shy guests loosen up on the dance floor. When she’s not tackling the wedding world, she’s usually taking on Wii Sports bowling or singing Kate Nash.
